Wonderful Experience This was my first experience with purchasing a vehicle. I was very apprehensive at first, not familiar with vehicles, not knowing anyone at the dealer This was my first experience with purchasing a vehicle. I was very apprehensive at first, not familiar with vehicles, not knowing anyone at the dealer, or the area. I live about 50 minutes away. I phoned the dealership to confirm if I would be approved for financing or not, as I had some credit challenges. I spoke with Jason, who informed me that he will find the best solution for me. Jason was very patient with me and comprehensive, as I was so hesitated. When I first met Jason, I felt so comfortable and understood. I learned of him through searching their web site for a particular vehicle I was looking for, and they happened to have a potential car for me. When I found it, I said to Jason I would like to come on in and check it out, and he said, "Great. It'll be up front and ready for you when you get here." I cannot say enough about Jason as my sales contact. He was outstanding. Just great, accommodating service. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in, for a price that I was comfortable with. Jason went beyond when I had questions about the financing... Unbelievable! Gave me complete peace of mind. They did everything for me. I got the car of my dreams delivered at my place with a full tank of fuel and ready to drive. It was literally easier than purchasing a comfortable good pair of shoes for me! More

I had also got quotes from Goderich and Exeter Toyota for the same vehicle with exceptional customer service. Here I had a sales person named John. He is very pushy, ignorant and makes you feel like you are wasting his time unless you're going to leave there with a vehicle. He stated "we have a more high tech system then all the other dealerships so it will take at least 45 minutes and if you're not going to buy it then I've just done that all for nothing and you could take my quote to someone else". Well that is the point of a quote and if you aren't going to give my your best deal in the first place then why would I go with you! All I have to say is congratulations bc we will never buy a vehicle from someone like this.
