Would not honour deal We bought a Rav4 at an agreed price. We even banged the gong, shook hands and put. a $4000 deposit. The finance man wrote up the papers and he said We bought a Rav4 at an agreed price. We even banged the gong, shook hands and put. a $4000 deposit. The finance man wrote up the papers and he said the price was $900 higher than the agreed price. He got very angry and came out of his office and banged on the glass windows to get another salesman's attention. He then said he can't do anything until the morning. He called at 1 pm the next day and asked us what our opinion was. So apparently they weren't honouring the deal price and refunded our deposit. What a shoddy way to do business for $900.00. Will not be buying there or recommending Strickland's Toyota in Stratford. More
