Darryl Murphy at Toyota Stratford was our sales representative who helps us through the process. Darryl is very personable with a good sense of humour and we really enjoyed spending time with him. Toyota Highlanders are in hot demand and although we were prepared to wait until February or March 2015 to have one built for us, we were delighted in December 2014 when Darryl's research discovered the exact new model that we were looking for, so that we could upgrade to the Highlander a few months early. We were also thankful to Stratford Toyota for the very fair trade-in price that they offered on our Sienna. All in all, a great experience from start to finish and we'd strongly recommend Stratford Toyota to others. More
