Great service and no pressure sales Jen and The finance team went above and beyond to make sure me and my wife were approved for the vehicle that we wanted. So far so good The only problem I had was trying to get in touch with certain departments by phone. Impossible. I was told by my sales person to contact the Finance dept. but that was not an option on the recorded phone message. Very disappointing experience Went in looking for a used vehicle. A sales man came over and was very helpful until he found out my financial situation. I was basically told I would Went in looking for a used vehicle. A sales man came over and was very helpful until he found out my financial situation. I was basically told I wouldn’t be able to get financing and I might as well keep dumping money into my old vehicle and drive it until it dies. He then just walked away as if I just wasted his time. Very rude and left me feeling like a total failure. I then went to a dealership and purchased a newer Kia. I will never be back or recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed. I am not sure of the name of the employee I dealt with and since it won’t let me post without finger pointing, I selected all. More
