This particular transaction fell apart throughout the entire process. Many mistakes were made on our end (Strickland's Automart - Stratford). We pride ourselves on providing top notch customer service, and on this transaction we failed. We realized the mistakes that were made, and took action to correct them. We made every effort to reach out to jennafranconeJ and try to correct their experience. We offered 3 options for this customer: 1. $500.00 discount + hand held GPS device 2. $1000.00 + HST 3. Return vehicle Ultimately the customer chose to return the vehicle to Strickland's where we paid them back in full via certified funds. We also wrote a letter of apology for the lack of service they experienced and provided a $100.00 gas card for their troubles. jennafranconeJ, let us take this opportunity to apologize one more time, thank-you for considering Strickland's Automart - Stratford, we're sorry it wasn't everything you had hoped it would be.
