Worst experience I've ever had, 2018 ram with 50000 km. with engine blown, they refused warranty, refused to offload the truck from my trailer for inspection, made me pay for the damages during offload on with engine blown, they refused warranty, refused to offload the truck from my trailer for inspection, made me pay for the damages during offload on their lot and confiscated my truck till I paid for the damages, not mentioning my hand injury during the offload. Saleslady lied, would not even look at truck for warranty service( drumheller did no questions),left wheel nut lock on tire said was in glove box service couldn't find it searching my vehicle turned her back service( drumheller did no questions),left wheel nut lock on tire said was in glove box service couldn't find it searching my vehicle turned her back to me and said it doesn't matter, 3 hour oil change what's the point of an appointment???? Next oil change made appointment at 8 waited till 9 my truck was still waiting to go in shop. They said sorry ,well that makes it all better. Shop manager comes out and says if the service is so bad why do I keep coming back,good question? Never had any problems at drumheller. Bought the truck at this dealership and these problems are still happening even after 2 owners. Management would not even call me. Beware More

My vehicle and 2 more got stolen inside the property of Dodge Dealership Strathmore, It's despondency happening everywhere nowadays. The heads-up call of the day saying "Sorry That Your Vehicle Got Stolen" Dodge Dealership Strathmore, It's despondency happening everywhere nowadays. The heads-up call of the day saying "Sorry That Your Vehicle Got Stolen", wasn't valid enough to replace our vehicle and headache. Thanks, Dean for showing me the damages that day appreciated it. simple things that they may do, If they sincerely care about us clients or the victim/s of the crime had happened on Feb. 25th, 2022 they could do better or think anything back for their client/s if they really care at all. Really distressed that they didn't do a drop of effort to do any more calls, updates, and follow-ups towards us the client/s, or the victim of the crime. So, a few days later, we decided to visit the dealership to know what would they say and we did a chance to talk to General Manager Trevor. I was expecting the General Manager to be more Efficient enough in handling this situation instead of enlightening us for hope but not, words are more vs what he can do. "Worst Experience and Neglected Clients". I just hope the worst and most Horrible Experience would not happen again and I wish" Good Luck" further Clients / Customers. Trust, Do not Hope. More
