My vehicle and 2 more got stolen inside the property of Dodge Dealership Strathmore, It's despondency happening everywhere nowadays. Thanks, Dean for showing me the damages that day appreciated it. simple things that they may do, If they sincerely care about us clients or the victim/s of the crime had happened on Feb. 25th, 2022 they could do better or think anything back for their client/s if they really care at all. Really distressed that they didn't do a drop of effort to do any more calls, updates, and follow-ups towards us the client/s, or the victim of the crime. So, a few days later, we decided to visit the dealership to know what would they say and we did a chance to talk to General Manager Trevor. I was expecting the General Manager to be more Efficient enough in handling this situation instead of enlightening us for hope but not, words are more vs what he can do. "Worst Experience and Neglected Clients". I just hope the worst and most Horrible Experience would not happen again and I wish" Good Luck" further Clients / Customers. Trust, Do not Hope. More

I contacted strathmore dodge about a car listed on their site in July 2021. I went and looked at the car that night. While I was on the phone they said the car had just arrived and hasn't yet been cleaned. site in July 2021. I went and looked at the car that night. While I was on the phone they said the car had just arrived and hasn't yet been cleaned. Once we got there we were met by Lucas. Lucas was very friendly and gave us the keys for a test drive. We knew the car was a perfect fit but I always take it to my mechanic and get it on the lift. Strathmore Dodge was very accommodating in me taking the car into Calgary for an inspection. Since the car was a farm car there was lots of gravel in the underside shields and pans but minor repairs otherwise. I took the car back and we made a deal to buy, on the condition that the shields and pans would be removed and underside cleaned up. While they were removed i also paid $500 for undercoating. I picked the car up 3 weeks later(due to my scheduling) andwas told the car was taken apart and cleaned. Perfect, I thought. On the way home my girlfriend was following me on the highway and after every bump was being showered by rocks coming from the car. After getting home I put the car on ramps and took one of the underside rock shields off. Lo behold I find gravel, a mouse nest and undercoating that is about 3 inches wide and not under the shield like I asked. Over the next few days I pulled a 5 gallon bucket of gravel from the car. It was very evident that the shields were not removed and the undercoating was not sprayed correctly. I contacted Strathmore Dodge and they gave me the options of either bringing the car back for cleaning(which I had already done) or a refund on the undercoating. I asked for the refund and a cheque arrived the next week. Overall I enjoyed the experience at Strathmore Dodge however it seems there is a information disconnect between the shop and sales staff. I would shop here again More
