Incredibly helpful and caring I was looking for a used car for quite a while to fit my budget, but was unable to find one. I made the right choice coming here for a vehicle. When I walked in to the dealership I met Sharon. She is fantastic, kind, caring, and made me feel comfortable. She showed me a beautiful 2015 Kia Sorento that had everything I wanted. After the drive she showed me all of the features and happily answered any of my questions. She introduced me to Brad who is one of the managers and they give me a very fair offer to consider. Brad wasn’t pushy at all and is lucky to have a sales lady like Sharon work with him. Cody is the finance manager I met. He is very knowledgeable and let me know of a few extended warranty options. He was helpful and was able to get me approved very quickly. When I came to pickup my new (2015) beauty it looked great. I am very picky and the detail team did not disappoint. I am very happy with my vehicle and the entire experience from start to finish. First time NEW car buyer I decided to test drive a Kia Rio and went to Straightline Kia to check it out. Filip let us go for a test drive in a 2018 Rio 5door and even though I decided to test drive a Kia Rio and went to Straightline Kia to check it out. Filip let us go for a test drive in a 2018 Rio 5door and even though he told us he was very new to Sales he still knew a lot about the Rio features and was very accommodating during our drive. We learned that the new 2018 Kias had many more features even on their base models than in any previous years. We went over the different options and features within the LX and EX models. I came back to Straightline a few nights later having decided I wanted to purchase the Rio EX as long as we could keep the payments within my budget. Both Filip and Brad worked with me until I was satisfied with the payments. We talked about the various fees and packages available and Brad was very patient answering all of my questions and gave me time to consider everything. I dealt mostly with Cyndi for my financing arrangements and it was a very straightforward process. As this was my first brand new car I had a few questions and Cyndi was very helpful and informative. She reminded me that I could purchase the extended warranty at any time until I reach 100,000 kms. Part of my negotiation with Brad and Filip involved getting winter tires for the Rio and to save me the trip to speak in person, Warren was kind enough to call me to chat about exactly what kind of winters I wanted. Warren and Filip made sure that the winters were already on the car when I came to pick it up which was great. The day I came to pick up the Rio, Filip helped me connect my phone to via bluetooth and explained about the UVO app. I would like to shout out to the reception staff at Straightline. The phone was answered every single time I called and specifically Alisha (sp) and Sandra were both very prompt and professional. Also the night that my Rio arrived different staff were working but both Matt and Dave were courteous and helpful. Overall I have had a great experience at Straightline, I would highly recommend this dealership and I will come back in the future. More
