A great purchasing experience and awesome service I dropped into Straightline Kia one weekend to look at a pre-owned BMW X1 that they had listed on Autotrader. Rick Farris greeted me there and showed I dropped into Straightline Kia one weekend to look at a pre-owned BMW X1 that they had listed on Autotrader. Rick Farris greeted me there and showed me the vehicle I was interested in and answered all my questions or got me the information later if he didn’t know the answer. After I looked at the bmw, I asked Rick about the KIA Stinger that I had heard good things about and if they had any pre-owned ones. As luck had it, they had just received one as a trade-in and hadn’t even listed it yet. Rick again showed me that car, and after I test drove it, I instantly fell in love with it (although I didn’t let Rick know this at the time). During the week after my visit to Straightline, I was in contact with Rick several times by email with questions about the Stinger and he was always prompt with a helpful response. I returned the next weekend to purchase my Stinger. The thing I liked best about my experience with Straightline was the way Rick took care of me without being a pushy disingenuous salesman like so many others. The parts manager, Warren, was also great to deal with and set me up with a great looking winter tire package. If you go to Straightline for a vehicle, ask for Rick. More
