After getting a repair quote from the Chrysler dealer Our rear A/C evaporator started leaking and the complete A/C system failed to cool the vehicle. After getting a repair quote from the Chrysler dealer, I talked to several other reputable air conditioning repair shops to get their quote using after-market parts. Stockie Chrysler did a great job for basically the same cost using factory original parts and Dave said it was guaranteed for two years. The A/C has been working perfectly for the rest of the summer and we're very satisfied with the service we received. More

The cause of the leak was determined and after reviewing the problem and cost to repair it with a few other repair shops (who use after-market replacement parts) it made more sense to have the work done by the dealer using factory original parts because the costs were very comparable . The service adviser reminded me that it was time for brake caliper service as well and that I could bring our van in for a 3:30 PM appointment today if that suited me. I thought I'd have to wait at least until tomorrow. The work was done promptly and I was able to take advantage of their spring service discount as well as their positive dealer review discount. The mechanic greased the door hinge positioners and checked the coolant as requested and the work was done by 4:45 PM. I couldn't ask for better service than that. Thanks to Cie and Technician 399 for a job well done again. They also gave us a pair of promotional coffee mugs as a thank you. More
