Stopped in with my nieces' 2022 Qashqai, which had been purchased elsewhere, to ask if someone could help me with options we couldn't operate. Receptionist immediately called Jeff Vance over and he offere purchased elsewhere, to ask if someone could help me with options we couldn't operate. Receptionist immediately called Jeff Vance over and he offered to assist. Not only did he take the time to answer and explain my original question but showed me menus we never knew existed on the vehicle. This man is customer service exemplified. You don't find this type of service anymore. Thank you Jeff for not only the help, but the time you spent when you could have been doing something else. Greatly appreciated. More
