I was told I had a VIP appointment to see either Katie or Dave on a Saturday regarding a vehicle I was interested in. When I showed up for my 10:15am appointment I was told I was going to be dealing with Ren Dave on a Saturday regarding a vehicle I was interested in. When I showed up for my 10:15am appointment I was told I was going to be dealing with Rene. Rene never showed up and now Eric stepped in. Eric was incredible through al my questions and we agreed on a purchase for a vehicle that wasn't on the lot as it was a Demo. When I came back on the Monday to see it, the description was wrong on the interior colour. I decided to purchase it anyway and it came with winter tires already on it. These tires were put on wrong, the lefts on the right side and the right on the left side. They agreed to fix it, but how many winter tires did they install this way? More
