In purchasing our new vehicle we experienced excellent customer service from all staff, especially Melinda and Chris. Chris was very helpful and accommodating as we initially went in to replace our Sent customer service from all staff, especially Melinda and Chris. Chris was very helpful and accommodating as we initially went in to replace our Sentra, and ended up deciding on a Pathfinder. Melinda made the business process simple and efficient, she was very attentive, informative and quick to respond to our questions, and was able to arrange for us to pick up our new vehicle in a convienent and timely manner. I have been a GM lover for years and have taken a shining to the Nissan Murano. A colleague of mine recomended that I contact Chris who answered any questions that I had with a no pressure approach. He also was very patient as I was on the phone with him for quite some time. Chris made me feel valued even though I had never dealt with him before. To me Customer Service is number one in my books and Chris demonstrated that without a doubt. Great car buying experience from start to finish. Fred and Derek were extremely helpful through the whole car buying process. The reason why I am writing this review is because of the help and customer service I have received. I went through a tough divorce (its great now btw) and had some credit issues because of it. Derek took help and customer service I have received. I went through a tough divorce (its great now btw) and had some credit issues because of it. Derek took the time to explain the situation to me and helped me understand what I need to do today to get my credit back on track. For me the experience was unusual, in a good way, most dealerships aren't concerned about your credit, there more concerned about selling you a car. With Derek it really felt like he was listening and although I didn't get the car I wanted I know soon I will at a great rate! I also have to thank Bill Martins, I know him and Derek worked together to get me the best deal possible. Thanks again and I will see you soon. More
