Bought a used vehicle from Collins, a month later it was one problem after another. After speaking to Steve, was informed to come back to Nissan and they would swap me for another vehicle. Of course once I one problem after another. After speaking to Steve, was informed to come back to Nissan and they would swap me for another vehicle. Of course once I got there, I was told, they couldn't do it. Surprise... I drove the vehicle for 10 months and spent 3000 on repairs. Even spoke to someone in the head office who told me this situation is wrong and told me she would get back to me.....she never even called me back. This company is awful they are only out to make money. Guess you guys are happy ripping off a single mother. Thank you....for nothing A big lesson learned More
