Although our current vehicle, a Nissan Murano, is only two years old, we were interested in following up on an advised sales event. My wife and I visited our local Nissan dealership in St Catherines and two years old, we were interested in following up on an advised sales event. My wife and I visited our local Nissan dealership in St Catherines and spoke to one of the sales reps. Without any type of pressure approach, we were shown a possible new Murano and had explained the type of offers available in the current sales event. After going over the figures, we decided that replacing our current vehicle for a new model was affordable and we agreed to a new leasing period and selected a new car from the dealerships inventory. The subsequent process of documentation, financials and delivery timing was handled in a most professional manner with additional options advised so that we may select or decline with no fuss. We were given the opportunity of thinking through what we wanted. In summary,the entire experience was more than satisfactory and I would like to note that both the two staff members involved provided excellent customer service, were most courteous and made us very happy with our new purchase. Paul was straight up and paid attention to both my wife and I. We had been kicking tires and became impressed with the Murano, especially after the test drive. Paul explained various pricing scenarios in a no BS manner as we drilled down into the details. A 5 week delivery delay ( we wanted an out of stock colour) was no hardship since we managed to chalk up about 7-8 thousand km on our trade - free kilometridge during this period. We suspect we maxed out in the interaction both in money and a fun purchase. Melinda was certainly a treat in the fun category, while making sure we ecked out every advantage or promo that came along during these five weeks despite the sales agreement already signed.
