He knew from the beginning that I didn't need a car... but there were some things on my wish list that was not in my Sentra. Nelson was able to accommodate all of my requests and was able to put me into a new 2016 Altima that exceeded my wish list and stayed within my budget. A win-win for both of us! Having had bad experiences with pushy sales people in the past, I was hesitant at first when it came to searching for a vehicle; not wanting to deal with a sales person trying to get me into a car I didn't want. This is not the case a Collins. They were calm and logical, and no pushing at all. The best part was the deal they offered me for my trade in! I actually had more money put aside than I needed so I put that extra cash into a family vacation in March. This is the kind of dealership that will succeed in the new paradigm of buying and selling cars.
