Great service I had an issue with my car losing power and I took it to an independent shop in St. Albert. They wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to fix the transmission. I decided I should have a second opinion before I paid $1500, so I took it here. Am I glad I did! Turns out it wasn't the transmission at all - it was a simple fix related to the air filter. I'm so happy St. Albert Honda was able to find the true cause, it was fixed in minutes. The other shop was trying to take me for a ride. The service people here were friendly and honest. More

Excelente, best experience ever with dealerships. In the past 17 years, 8 new cars, all lease. First of all, I sent emails to dealers, and they came with the best number, by a good margin. Got there, no surprises, they never change that number. Alastair (salesman) provide us a unique experience, very pleasant, never try to sale anything we don't need it, he was very helpful. Paula, the Financial Manager it's a great character, very funny, very king, really smart woman. Again, she never try to pressure us to buy anything we don't want it or need it, and usually this part is the biggest problem of buying a car, they try everything on you, I hate it, but not this time. At delivery, first time ever, Alastair went trough everything on the car, he show, explain everything, my wife for the first time ever enjoy and left the dealer with a great smile and really satisfied. The car, our first Honda ever, but we love it. More

Service is a joke here, felt like a flea market I will definitely never walk through the doors of this dealership again. I own 3 hondas right now and have owned many Hondas and Acura's in the past. I cane in for an oil change because I live in St Albert close to St Albert Honda. I stand in line wait for my turn and the counter person in service with the personality of a peeling paint asks me if I their service greeter wrote down my mileage. I said no I will grab it for you and bybthe time I walk 15 steps to my vehicle and 15 steps back he decides to help the next person.... so I wait about 3 more minutes and say this is rude and xxxxxxxx not to even acknowledge me. Obviously this dealership does not respect its customers time. I have been to many other Honda stores in the Edmonton market and none are like this one.... do yourself a favour and don't bother wasting your time or money at this place for service or to purchase your vehicle More

I've been in some pretty slimy dealerships in Edmonton. I thought I would take a chance and drive out to a new St. Albert Honda dealership. Am I ever glad that I did!! I would describe the way this dealership treated me as a customer is - with respect. Brian, the manager of the dealership was unlike any other manager I had ever encountered. The first day I was at the dealership, the salesperson was unable to take me for a test drive due to an impending appointment with another customer. I completely understood as I had arrived unannounced. To my great surprise, Brian took the time out of his day to take me for a test drive. Unbelievable! Usually the manager is a mysterious figure hidden somewhere in a back office. I've never had such a personal interaction with a manager before. Cam, my salesperson, was fantastic. He patiently answered all of my questions, never pressured or rushed me. It was a pleasure to deal with him during the entire buying process. Unfortunately, a new vehicle purchase for me means partial financing. Paula, the finance manager was wonderful to work with. She was able to explain the financial terms to me in a way that I understood and I felt completely comfortable, and knowledgeable, with the financial plan that was set up. No costs were hidden from me, all expenses were completely out in the open. A very competent, professional, and personable team at St. Albert Honda - willing to go the extra mile for the customer. I highly recommend!! More

The price was competitive with the tire store I've used in the past, but instead of waisting my time waiting for the tires to be put on the car, I was able to drop the car off in the morning and take a loaner for the day. When I returned after work, my new tires were on the car and the car had been washed. How awesome is that?!? More

Questionable Service My service invoice says that my tire pressure was checked for 35 psi. My tire low tire pressure is still on following the service. I bring it back to find out that the tire pressure was in fact only 31-32 all way around . The tire pressure was not even checked!! Not impressed! More
