The customer is always wrong I cannot emphasize to you Sean how incredibly disappointed I am in the lack of consideration of my time. The impression I am getting is not a good one of Southtown. I've been dealing with 7 or more different people all with the intention of convincing me I'm getting the best deal possible. I'm looking at the big picture...the future if I need support when I need it. What I've experienced is an organization that isn't prepared to help me because of a lack of personnel and/or planning ahead. The customer waiting and waiting is given time to reflect on the commitment of all the players. I'm simply not comfortable going ahead with a company whose lack of communication, telling me I'm making a mountain out of a mole hill, and not taking no for an answer is an indication of future dealings. More
Poor Customer Service-not acceptable-March 5/2019 Had sent two emails to advise daughter wanted to view vehicle and make sure it was ready-acknowledged as read. Daughter texted to confirm as she had to drive in from out of town. Also left message on phone. Arrived at dealership on time and as planned. Could not find vehicle, could not find salesman -.was not responding to intercom message. Daughter waited for 45 minutes. No one else came to help or show any interest. Dealership did not appear to be busy. She talked to receptionist who was rude and showed no interest in helping. Daughter left in disgust and went to another GoAato dealership which was not much better. I complained to HO via text message about service on THREE DIFFERENT TIMES-yet to receive any response from their Head Office. What a way to treat an existing customer whose family and business has dealt with GoAuto for many years. Finally purchased a nice vehicle at a non-GoAuto Dealership-Northgate GM who treated us well and will be getting ALL of our future dealership. More

HONESTY The word HONESTY is a hard word to find when dealing with vehicle dealerships whether it be sales, finance or service. Luckily dealing with the team The word HONESTY is a hard word to find when dealing with vehicle dealerships whether it be sales, finance or service. Luckily dealing with the team (family) at Southtown Hyundai. I found it.... Started as soon as I walked in and was greeted by the pleasant receptionist Sarah, plus there was a gentleman that was waiting for his customer but made me laugh and welcomed me to the store as well. She then called for an available associate and then I met Paul. He listened to what I wanted and was looking for in a vehicle, I started to get a little ahead of myself and he brought me back a little bit and slowed the whole "process" down for me and made sure I felt comfortable. On the test drive it was very nice and felt as if I was just cruising with a friend. He wasn't consistently asking are you going to buy. Instead he was asking about my family and hobbies/interest (made me feel very at ease and felt like the vehicle was already mine). Once we got back its as if everything just fell into place perfectly. All the things that were important to me fit the Santa Fe to a T. Next step was finance and I sat with Doug, who went over all the additional stuff and explained thoroughly what I was buying for my vehicle. All I can say is THANK YOU and I am very happy to join the Southtown Hyundai Family.... See you guys in about 6 months for my first free oil change More
