The day of vehicle pickup he went the extra mile to meet our needs and thoroughly explained our vehicle features/driving to us. In the interm before our vehicle purchase decision and after we decided on our vehicle of choice, Norbert Horvath also was very helpful, calling us to keep us informed as required. We also were very impressed with Sean Toner for ensuring the vehicle we were interested in was pristine and Haneef Gaffar's very pleasant, knowledgeable, caring customer service. "Exceptional customer service" I purchase a brand new Hyundai Sonata sport last 2015 and it comes with a 4 Rufino rims and wheels. The transaction was smooth and excellent at that time but unfortunately, I didn't notice that one of the rims that they gave me was oversized so I went back to the dealership and ask for the manager. A big thanks to Jacob Smith (Sales Manager) and Darren McCullough (Parts Manager) for helping me resolve my problem. Those guys are absolutely incredible! I found them to be exceptionally courteous, efficient and sensitive to concerns about resolving my problem. I highly recommend the dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used car purchased. Worst experience with this Josh Ferry We went to this dealership to buy a car. We decided about vehicle. Mr. Cory was helping us. Cory got emergency Call from his home. He went and said someone will be with us soon to help. He was working on rate negotiation before left. After one hour Josh came to us and he cancel all previous negotiations and said I will not accept all that and he increased decided price. We were intend to trade our old vehicle. They had our old vehicle key with them for appraisal. Since deal was not accepted by us so we asked them our key for our vehicle. HE GOT SO MAD ON US. HE BROUGHT KEY AND THROUGH ON MY FACE. WHEN WE COMPLAINT TO MANAGER THEN HE LIED THAT WE USED WRONG WORD FOR HIM. WHICH WAS FALSE. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED THIS WORST PLACE. More
