Engine light I brought my 2010 Journey into Southbank on Saturday Feb. 27th (without an appointment) as the engine light came on mid morning. He was courteous, friendly, efficient and a great sense of humour. I was in and out within 30 minutes problem solved. Thanks again Richard much appreciated for the great service. Regards John More
Way beyond above and beyond!! My car was sputtering and power died on the way into work. Brought it to Southbank ( obviously no appointment), spoke with Richard Gagnon who took it right in and had a mechanic take it for a test drive. We were there about 2 hours when he came out with a detailed explanation of the issue as well as a detailed price breakdown for the repair. He explained it would be about another 5 hours for the work to be completed, and asked if we wanted the shuttle to bring us home...we explained we lived in Embrun so we'd have to stick around. Turns out Richard lives in Embrun too...and proceeded to give us his car to use for the day and said he would drop our car off on his way home!!! Already sooo far above and beyond, imagine our delight when Richard dropped our car off ( after stopping to put gas in it on the way home) and we found out that on top of the repairs he had a recall done and the car completely detailed!!!! Consider me a Southbank customer for life!!!! More

Outstanding Customer Service! I recently brought my Jeep Wrangler in for some recall work and tire rotation. Richard, the service advisor, took such excellent care of me ensuring t I recently brought my Jeep Wrangler in for some recall work and tire rotation. Richard, the service advisor, took such excellent care of me ensuring that I received a rental when the repairs took longer than expected. He also had the Jeep completely detailed as a special surprise. I could not have been happier with the exceptional service. I have never been treated so well and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. In addition, everyone that I came in contact with there was super friendly. The receptionist/administrative assistant there even offered cookies to my children. Absolutely amazing! More

When we noticed a small chip in the windshield one week later, the GM told us to bring it in and not only would they fix it, but guarantee it as well! We are having another Jeep serviced at SB. Having issues with our Jeep left us feeling very confused and vulnerable. Dennis and the service crew have been great. They honoured are warranty (hassel-free) and suggested we replace the locking nuts since we didn't have the key that came with them (so I wouldn't be stranded on a road some night). Great service and suggestions with our best interests in mind. Not only will I have my Jeeps serviced here again - I'll be buying the next one here as well. When a company proves themselves as honourable and reliable - they deserve our business. Thank you guys for all your help! DB More

Doug ( the service rep ) was very helpful.....mentioned some things that could be done but when I said I was following the dodge warranty service outline he didn't push at all for extra things to be done. The service was super fast and they were very attentive to any questions or concerns that I brought up. All questions were answered completely and with respect. Will sure go back a third time---sure didn't go back to Dilawri--where I bought this van and don't think I ever would after the treatment I got on my first attempt to get service done there. More
I bought a used 2011 Ford Taurus in October of 2011. After the test drive my girlfriend noticed a slight issue with the rear passenger side tire. There seemed to be something a bit off. I was excited to be getting out of a Hyundai Accent and did not notice it as much, but did bring it to the attention of the salesman and the finance manager who both assured me that the car would be checked over completely. I left it to them and there still seemed to be something off about it but it drove fine and they said they inspected everything and all was fine. When it came time for the first oil change that they insisted on at 5000km when the manual said 8000km, I asked about that and they told me that the manual will say that but that the oil is essentially sludge at that point. Funny how I heard the CONTRARY to that on a recent news story on how oils and engines are lasting longer and need less frequent oil changes. Anyway, I again asked about the brakes and the noises I was hearing and was again told that it was fine. I am not a mechanic and stupidly trusted their assessment. Now I am having SERIOUS issues with the breaks sticking and noise issues and am being told that I need completely new brakes front and rear at a cost of over $1000. When I asked why I was NEVER told this before, I was told that the only time the brakes were looked at was August of 2011...I bought the car in October and was GUARANTEED it would be looked over COMPLETELY. When I asked about this the service adviser basically couldn't answer and just wanted to end the call. I am ending my business except for the undercoating I have with them. even then, i wouldn't be surprised if they mess that up too. More
