Oil change and warranty work Dan is the Man! I went in with my Wrangle for an oil change and a concern about a leak from the axle seal. Dan was very courteous, professional and Dan is the Man! He arranged for my ride from home and back to the dealer. When buying a vehicle, the Dealer's service quality is very important. I've been buying/leasing vehicles from Southbank since the mid 90's and they never disappoint me. The sales team is not pushy and they do everything to get you the best deal in comparison to other local dealers. I will continue to drive across town for their service. More

Just recently bought my second car with Stan Noble’s excellent professional and friendly assistance at SouthBank Dodge Chrysler, Ottawa. Stan understood what we were looking for and got us a car (a brand new 2020 Grand Jeep Cherokee) that suited our needs. He diligently responded to all of our questions and addressed any concerns and really went far above and beyond our expectations. Stan pays attention to small details that we don’t think of and not once did we feel the pressure to purchase. I had an incredible experience purchasing my new vehicle at Southbank Dodge Chrysler Jeep last week and dealing with Brandon Dallaire, who’s an exceptional representative of this organization. I was in absolute disbelief on how calm everybody was in this dealership and that I wasn’t hassled at all or even pressured into buying a vehicle on my initial visit. Brandon met all of my requirements that I was looking for in a new vehicle and he definitely went above and beyond in order to satisfy my needs. On the day of delivery, Brandon introduced us to the service manager and he provided us with a tour of their service centre. Brandon also took the time to show us all of the features of our new vehicle and even setup all of the services (SiriusXM, Uconnect, pairing my mobile device).
