Changing snows to summer tires Dropped my Jeep off in the morning to get my snow tires changed to Summer tires. Was told they would call me when it was ready. Got the call at 1pm. T Dropped my Jeep off in the morning to get my snow tires changed to Summer tires. Was told they would call me when it was ready. Got the call at 1pm. Tires looked good. Drove down the road a piece and pulled into a gas station. Checked the tire gauge on my on board computer screen. The left front tire had 46 PSI Right front had 40 PSI, right rear had 44 PSI and left rear had 42 PSI. Next checked the tires manually with a gauge and saw the same numbers. You would have thought that they would have been all the same given that I had just left the dealership. A bigger surprise was when I checked the recommended PSI and it said Summer - 36 PSI. More than 10 PSI too much! Make sure you check your tire pressure before you leave the shop..!! More
