Oil change I had an oil change done yesterday and was greeted by Dean. He was very professional and very easy to talk to. Definitely very covid aware and cleaned everything. He was pretty much bang on with how long it would take for my oil change. When I got my car back he cleaned the keys and he explained the bill. When I went to go get my car I noticed that the front hood was all greasy because of the oil change and then noticed that all around driver door was all greasy (I keep my car super clean). I was very disappointed to see all this oil/grease smeared all over my paint. I explained to Dean and he immediately apologized and cleaned it up as best as possible. Unfortunately I do see the service declining. They used to give me a overall check (not sure if it was a 20 point check or more) report but have yet to see this on my few last oil changes. I should not get my car back in a dirtier conditions (they should wash the car). I if I remember correctly they used to have a paper covering the floor where the gas pedal is so it does not get floor dirty. I will return next time but if things do not get better unfortunately I will have to go to another dealership as I take car of my car but did not get the feeling that this dealership does the same.
