He again verified the work order and suggested alternate/other services. He was even able to find out what was going on with my vehicle with the phrase "chugging noise". Genius. He kept me apprised of what was happening during the day (delays, ordering a part) which let me know my vehicle was in good hands. Both of these individuals made me feel like part of the family. They really seemed to enjoy their jobs and it showed in the customer service that they provided. More

Changing snows to summer tires Dropped my Jeep off in the morning to get my snow tires changed to Summer tires. Was told they would call me when it was ready. Got the call at 1pm. Drove down the road a piece and pulled into a gas station. Checked the tire gauge on my on board computer screen. The left front tire had 46 PSI Right front had 40 PSI, right rear had 44 PSI and left rear had 42 PSI. Next checked the tires manually with a gauge and saw the same numbers. You would have thought that they would have been all the same given that I had just left the dealership. A bigger surprise was when I checked the recommended PSI and it said Summer - 36 PSI. More than 10 PSI too much! Make sure you check your tire pressure before you leave the shop..!! More
