Oil change I had an oil change done yesterday and was greeted by Dean. He was very professional and very easy to talk to. Definitely very covid aware and cleaned everything. He was pretty much bang on with how long it would take for my oil change. When I got my car back he cleaned the keys and he explained the bill. When I went to go get my car I noticed that the front hood was all greasy because of the oil change and then noticed that all around driver door was all greasy (I keep my car super clean). I was very disappointed to see all this oil/grease smeared all over my paint. I explained to Dean and he immediately apologized and cleaned it up as best as possible. Unfortunately I do see the service declining. They used to give me a overall check (not sure if it was a 20 point check or more) report but have yet to see this on my few last oil changes. I should not get my car back in a dirtier conditions (they should wash the car). I if I remember correctly they used to have a paper covering the floor where the gas pedal is so it does not get floor dirty. I will return next time but if things do not get better unfortunately I will have to go to another dealership as I take car of my car but did not get the feeling that this dealership does the same. Decio was fantastic! Reception was flawless. Due to covid, I was able to do all dealings on the phone and the receptionist (thania) and Decio executed it efficiently and safely. Car was double disinfected, masks were worn and gloves. At no time did I ever second guess their precautions and confidently brought my new car home to the family. I highly recommend especially with the circumstances we had, how well thought out the business thought about their staff as well as their customers while providing immaculate customer service. More

Communication is an essential part of great service! Madeleine was my first point of contact after I submitted my service request online. She contacted me and verified what I was requesting, along with explaining the COVID-19 protocols which the garage had in place and we determined what would work best for both parties. Dan was great. He again verified the work order and suggested alternate/other services. He was even able to find out what was going on with my vehicle with the phrase "chugging noise". Genius. He kept me apprised of what was happening during the day (delays, ordering a part) which let me know my vehicle was in good hands. Both of these individuals made me feel like part of the family. They really seemed to enjoy their jobs and it showed in the customer service that they provided. More

The staff at Southbank have always been excellent when I visit to have my Jeep serviced. They are very helpful and make you feel that your concerns and wishes are important. Changing snows to summer tires Dropped my Jeep off in the morning to get my snow tires changed to Summer tires. Was told they would call me when it was ready. Got the call at 1pm. Drove down the road a piece and pulled into a gas station. Checked the tire gauge on my on board computer screen. The left front tire had 46 PSI Right front had 40 PSI, right rear had 44 PSI and left rear had 42 PSI. Next checked the tires manually with a gauge and saw the same numbers. You would have thought that they would have been all the same given that I had just left the dealership. A bigger surprise was when I checked the recommended PSI and it said Summer - 36 PSI. More than 10 PSI too much! Make sure you check your tire pressure before you leave the shop..!! More
