She listened to our story as we were looking for a used van. She advised us about the great deals that could now be had in purchasing a new van . She was very helpful and conscientious of our needs. We have twin adult boys who require wheelchairs. Our adult daughter has special needs as well. We need a full stow and go with room enough to make our family comfortable for our long country rides. She directed us to what was available and we discussed all the options available. We went with what is important to our family...and Jeannie handed the keys to our new van to us the next day. My husband and I are thrilled with the experience we had ...Jeannie was informative...nonpushy...and happy to help us. We also had the pleasure of working with sales manager Bruce Cameron and finance Rami Alzabri. They also made our experience a pleasant and happy one. I must say we had many laughs...I can be a little mistrusting of sales people ...but they gave me no reason to feel that way. We drove away in our new 2017 white Grand Caravan feeling we were leaving friends behind. A truly wonderful , happy and non stress experience. We highly recommend Southbank to everyone..and again if you have the opportunity to have Jeannie as your sales rep. you are vey lucky. More

Service for a recall As always the staff in the service was excellent. They make you feel like part of the family. They answer all your questions. They never do any "extra" work without checking with you first - which is fantastic. Always very honest and tell you if something needs to be done immediately or if you can wait on it and give you a timeframe (next service, next six months). Everyone goes the extra mile to ensure you are happy and that you are safe when they get you back on the road. I travel a lot and this means so much. Guy, Madeleine and Dean - HUGS! Thank you for always making me feel so welcomed and taking great care of me! Peter, you have a great team and you're pretty awesome too. Of note, I was disappointed to see that Dean was moved out in to no mans land. His smiling face and great disposition and service at the front desk will be missed. I was told the appointment would take about 2.5 hours and I was out even a bit quicker than that - HI5 to the mechanics!! More

Look No Further I first heard of Jeannie from friends and family who had purchased vehicles from her in the past, so when it was time for my upgrade she was the first I first heard of Jeannie from friends and family who had purchased vehicles from her in the past, so when it was time for my upgrade she was the first call that I made. Not only did she listen to my wants and needs but she also gave me a fantastic deal! The cars at Southbank priced more competitively than any others of the same make and model that I could find, but more importantly I knew I could trust her that the car would be in excellent shape. To me, that's the most difficult part of buying a car--knowing who to trust. Jeannie is as trustworthy as you will find. If you ask her a question she isn't sure of the answer to, she finds someone who does have the accurate answer instead of BSing you like many other salespeople do! I've recommended her to literally every friend/family member I've known who was in the market for a new or used car, and I haven't once had a single one come back to me with a complaint. If you're looking for a great buying experience, look no further! More
