Drive through OIl Change I went to take my car in for its second oil change and although the first visit was nice the second was outstanding. I had put a couple of chips on my new 2017 Wrangler and asked the service person who greeted me how could you get that fixed. He made it seem so simple. He told me about this paint touch up I could get from the purchasing center for a few dollars and even offered to do the touch ups for me. not only did he do it for me he showed me how so if I were to get anymore I would know exactly how to do it. He also made sure I didn't leave it in my car which I would have done after telling me it could get damaged. This kind of service is rare these days so I had to take the time and give Corey Melenhorst a 5 Star rating. I got his name so that he would get recognition for his extra outstanding customer care. After an absolute disaster at another dealership in town and almost deciding that we should give up on Dodge, we made contact with Southbank Dodge thr After an absolute disaster at another dealership in town and almost deciding that we should give up on Dodge, we made contact with Southbank Dodge through email. Our inquiries were forwarded to Brandon and he dealt with us from that point on. Brandon was professional and most importantly to us, he LISTENED to what we said and asked. We asked that the price quoted include everything (all extra fees) except HST and Brandon delivered! (This seems like a simple enough request but it had been our experience up until meeting Brandon, that no sales person was willing to be this upfront and honest with the REAL numbers.) We appreciated that we were given a price and that there were no games. The price was the price and no one was trying to trick us into a higher price by playing with numbers or suddenly including a non-optional fee. We were relieved to finally find a sales person who was genuine and did not pretend to want to get to know us with fake interest only so he could tell us what we wanted in a car. Brandon actually listened to what we wanted to buy and did not have a hidden agenda to talk us into something that he wanted to sell. A highlight in our visit to Southbank with Brandon was that we were encouraged to take a test drive in the vehicle by ourselves (no tag along sales person listening to every work and making it difficult to have an open and frank discussion about the vehicle, the options and the price).
