Prompt Service I recently had an emergency last minute service request at South Bank. I needed to have my rad replaced as I was heading top SW Ontario the next day. I recently had an emergency last minute service request at South Bank. I needed to have my rad replaced as I was heading top SW Ontario the next day. Both Dean Martin and Dustin Lemay were of great help. Dean took my call at 7:30 in the morning saying to come on in and they'd fit me in. Amazing customer service from mike Paul and jenna My experience at south bank dodge was incredible. Paul curry and mike Thomas were wonderful. Paul set me up with the perfect Jeep at a great price and My experience at south bank dodge was incredible. Paul curry and mike Thomas were wonderful. Paul set me up with the perfect Jeep at a great price and easy payment plan. I have a very busy work schedule and mike brought the Jeep all the way to my work in Barr haven so I could test drive it and see if I liked it. I really felt good about this dealership because Paul and mike went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I the customer was truly happy with my purchase. After testing the vehicle mike explained all the features etc of the Jeep and answered all my questions. He truly was very kind and treated me like a friend or family member. Paul and mike both made this experience very easy for me and I would highly reccomend Southbank to anyone looking for a vehicle. I’m very happy with my Jeep That they helped me pick. Within few days my vehicle was clean and plated and ready to go. When I went to pick it up Jenna was smiling and did a full walk around and gave me the keys. She was very helpful from the beginning and she knew how to get the perfect person to help me find the car that I needed. Kathy took the time to meet me when I picked up my car. I was put in hands of Paul Curry and Brian Valta. Paul and Brian asked all the right questions and they new what used car would be the one for me. They went out of there way make my buying a car the best experience. They treated me like I was a member of their family. I felt comfortable and secure with their services. Since I lived in Gatineau, Brian took the time and picked me up to view the car that I was interested in. Paul took time to explain the car and for the test drive. I knew this was the car I wanted and they made it happen. I was pre approved for a car so I just need to sign the contract. Thursday Brian picked me up from work in my car, I was on cloud nine.
