Je me p Je suis un maniaque de chasse et de pêche. J'ai longtemps fait parti dune équipe de tournage de films de chasse vendu au Canada et États-Unis. Je me promène partout à pratiquer ma passion. Je monte même jusqu'à la baie James pour nos vacances familiales de pêches. J'ai toujours eu des Ford F150 depuis très longtemps. En 2016 je décide d'acheter min premier Dodge. J'étais très réticent car j'ai toujours bien aimé mes Ford. Mais le moteur diesel est très attirant. Je m'achète donc un Ram 2016 outdoorsman très très bien équipé. A 42 ans je m'achète mon premier véhicule neuf chez Southbank Dodge à Ottawa et je me dis fini les soucis pour longtemps....ERREUR! Tout ça a commencé environ 6 mois plus tard. Je vais dans un champ de foin pour chasser les outardes. Pas rien d'extrême comme champ, juste du foins. Même qu'un amis me suis avec sa Caravan. Il y a un fils sous mon Ram (vraiment mal placé selon moi) qui a arraché dans le champ. Un véhicule hors route appelé Outdoorsman avec un fils même pas protégé et qui arrache sur du foin. Je vais chez le concessionnaire, évidemment ce n'est pas garanti et m'annonce que ça coûte 1000$ pour le remplacer. Ensuite, j'ai une suspension à air ajustable, à l'hiver je dois constamment changer la fusible car les amortisseurs gelent et le compresseur force. Dernièrement j'ai un message qui est apparu de faire réparer la valve papillon (ETC). Je peux utiliser encore mon camion mais il blique à 3000 tours moteur. En fouillant les forum canadiens et americains je vois que beaucoup de gens ont le même problème. Je ne sais pas si le problème suivant est relié à celui du ETC mais à peine quelques jours après il m'est apparu un autre message. Mon filtre d'émission est plein à 100% et je dois aller chez le concessionnaire. Comme si ce n'étais pas assez, hier, un autre trouble à commencé. Les bancs chauffants cessent de fonctionner aléatoirement et plus moyens de les rallumer après. Des fois c'est un et des fois c'est l'autre. Encore une fois plusieurs propriétaires se plaignent de ces problèmes sur différents forums. J'ai pris la peine de vérifier (puisque ces problèmes semblent être une répétition) mais aucun rappel n'est émis pour mon camion. Vraiment dommage car j'aime bien le moteur diesel mais il y a beaucoup trop de négatif entourant ce camion pour m'avoir vendu au Ram et pour que je le recommande à mes amis chasseurs et pêcheurs. Je m'en fais même un devoir d'avertir le plus de monde possible de la piètre qualité de votre camion afin qu'ils n'aient pas la déception que j'ai d'avoir changé pour Ram. More

Under promise and over deliver I had gone to several dealerships before going to Southbank Dodge but they weren't able to find the right vehicle for my needs.
