Nice, No pressure. What can I say,its been around for 40+ years and its still there. Poor Service My vehicle is currently at southbank Dodge for a transmission repair covered under warrenty. I called last week and was told that the part was on back My vehicle is currently at southbank Dodge for a transmission repair covered under warrenty. I called last week and was told that the part was on back order with no ETA on when it will be in. I called back today and was told by someone to not call back, and just wait for a call.They have had my car for almost a month. I understand the part is on back order, but to be told not to inquire about an update and just wait is poor customer service. In this whole process I have completely lost faith in dodge. I've been told that transmissions are rarely an issue in their vehicles, but when I dropped it off for service I was told that there were 4 vehicles in for transmission problems, and the fact that we have been waiting this long on a part to come in has me convinced otherwise, which is why I am going to trade in my car and be done with Dodge. The only decent person I have dealt with there is Dustin, the service adviser. More

I stumbled upon Southbank Dodge dealership and reunited with a family friend thatI hadn't seen in a few years. What a serendipity moment as I was about to give up on getting my dream Jeep due to lack of customer services and salesmen not taking me seriously that I wanted my own Jeep. A few weeks later I went home with my beautiful Jeep Compass and couldn't be more thankful for Catherine Desormeau's customer experience! Honest, transparent and focused on the customer I popped in on a Sunday as I was in the neighbourhood and they happened to be open which was the start of the best, least stressful car purchase exper I popped in on a Sunday as I was in the neighbourhood and they happened to be open which was the start of the best, least stressful car purchase experience I have ever had. Every member of the team was friendly. The overall approach was very cards on the table and low pressure. In the past I have typically dreaded buying a car, hating the pressure tactics, the sense of having somehow overpaid. None of that here. I feel like I got a great price for my trade in, a great price on my Jeep and everything was well explained. I wish all dealers were like this. More

Exceptional customer service I had to replace a Grand Caravan written off in an accident and was referred by my insurance agent. The first thing I learned through the hard work of I had to replace a Grand Caravan written off in an accident and was referred by my insurance agent. The first thing I learned through the hard work of the sales rep and the general sales manager was that the replacement value of the vehicle had been badly understated in the insurance quote. Through their diligence I received considerably more money from the insurance settlement toward obtaining a vehicle with all the features and more of the one I was replacing. My wife and I were more than satisfied with our experience at this dealership. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and caring. For example, we bought winter tires and the sales rep came by our home to pick up the old summer tires to use those rims for mounting the snow tires, all at no additional cost. Based on our experience we plan to bring our minivan there for servicing, despite it being quite a distance from our home. More
