Exceptional experience. Just purchased a new vehicle. Although I was prepared to order a vehicle with the options that I wanted, Kyle found a vehicle at another local dealer Just purchased a new vehicle. After some negotiation on the extra options, purchase was finalized and I was in and out in less than an hour and a half. I picked up the new vehicle 3 days later. The best experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. Excellent short notice service. Recently I had an error come on my dash saying to SVC 4WD (Service my 4 WD on my late model 2016 Jeep Cherokee. This happened on the way to work on a Recently I had an error come on my dash saying to SVC 4WD (Service my 4 WD on my late model 2016 Jeep Cherokee. This happened on the way to work on a Thursday morning. I called Service and spoke to Dean. Dean asked when I could bring it in. I told him I would bring it in the following Monday thinking it couldn't have been something too serious. Got it home Thursday night and noticed a smell of heavy oil coming from the back of the vehicle. Called Dean right away. He asked if I could bring it in the next morning instead. I brought it in first thing Friday morning. I waited in the lobby until Dan came out and broke the news that it was my rear differential and that it was failing. Covered under the 100,000 transmission warranty, Dan put me in a company vehicle to get me to work. He wasn't sure if it would be ready for end of day but would be in touch. Long story short, Dan called me at 4:30pm to say my car was ready to go. I was completely shocked that they were able to get it done so quickly. Very impressed with Dean , Dan and the technician who was able to get me back up and running in just 8 hours. More

Speedy process, surprising results! I had previously tried to purchase a vehicle from a local dealership that works with people who have suffered credit issues in the past and I was told I had previously tried to purchase a vehicle from a local dealership that works with people who have suffered credit issues in the past and I was told they couldn't get me approved and if they did it would be approx 30% interest. I gave up on buying a vehicle until I was recommended to contact Southbank. Within 24 hours of speaking with Paul I was approved for even better interest rate then he thought I would receive at 11% and was told I could purchase a vehicle. 5 days later I had my new car and with even better interest rate at 9.9%! Within 5 days I had my new car! the whole process was seamless aside from a hiccup in the middle that Paul made sure to deal with personally even taking time on his days off to ensure was resolved. Highly recommend this dealership, Love my new Civic! More
