Smooth transition and drove off in the perfect truck Drove in just looking to see what was on the lot. Saw a nice truck that caught my eye, went inside and was greated by Mark the salesman. Went sat down Drove in just looking to see what was on the lot. Saw a nice truck that caught my eye, went inside and was greated by Mark the salesman. Went sat down and told him about the truck I was interested in. Well found out that truck was almost $60,000 so said nope. Mark asked what I was looking for and said I have the perfect truck for you. Just took it in and it’s not on the lot yet. He pulled the truck around and I knew it was for me. Mark and the manager and also the financial manger (Paul) were great. Added a remote start to the truck for me and also tinted the windows for me. Back up camera had an issue and the ordered a new one and said when it comes they will replace free of charge. I am very pleased with my purchase and also with the service I received. Will buy another vehicle here again and would suggest for anyone else to do the same. Quick easy and strait to the point. Disappointment from the start I just purchased a 2019 Ram I had the unfortunate opportunity of dealing with a very inexperienced sales rep named Justin. If I didnt know what I want I just purchased a 2019 Ram I had the unfortunate opportunity of dealing with a very inexperienced sales rep named Justin. If I didnt know what I wanted upon arrival this kid wouldn't of been able to convince me to buy. The arrogant attitude and lack of respect for a customer was overwhelming.This guy lied to me from the start quoting me outrageous #s. I asked for a couple of simple requests with my trade inwhich I was told Southbank will match any offer of another dealer. "Not even Close" Its our policy I was told direct quote !!!! My questions were deflected and unanswered. I came in with snow tires on my trade in I was given the run around between the financial dept to sales. Why was I directed to the Charbel about my snowtires and than directed back to sales. I had to call the day of and I was passed over to service who were unaware of any request. Thankfully a young man named Dustin helped me. I wasnt confident with Justin's dismissve response. I was very specific in when I would be there and he didnt even acknowledge my request.Upon picking up the truck I noticed as I was about to leave the plates weren't transferred from my trade. I went back inside to let Justin know. He came out with attitude and it seemed like a major inconvenience at the time. I tired to engage in small chat he didnt want any part in that. Well not until I mentioned my girlfriends car inwhich we r looking to trade. Upon arriving at home i was inspecting the Vehicle and in the back seat Mr Justin left all the packaging from the plate holder. Also stuffed inside of the rear bin was all the garbage plastic that covers the interior. spend 60,000. You would think a little more attention would be paid to what ur giving the client.Inspection guys inspection!!! I also asked if I could have my running boards on my trade I was told it would cost 600$ to be removed lol what a joke a bold faced lie. I offered to remove myself and the request was deflected. Anything I asked for was deflected and unanswered great customer service approach kid. I will never deal with this individual again well his career in car sales will be short anyway. This wont be the last bad review about this guy. I asked if there were any incentives like free oil changes I know it was offered on my old truck at time of purchase. Justin advised me after the very sarcastic look and answer we dont offer that program.O my last thing about the snow tires I was told the 5 bolt 2016 rims will fit my 2019 not the case. The bolt pattern was change to 6. All I can say is know the product ur selling in this case not even close. I wouldn't of taken the snows if I noticed this prior. I would of tossed them in on the deal. I dont expect anything to be done or even a follow up. Pay more attention to detail guys. thx love the truck otherwise. More

Customer Service - Contract cancelation experience My girlfriend and I were looking at purchasing a new Jeep grand Cherokee and decided to drop into South Bank Dodge Chrysler LTD to look at their new i My girlfriend and I were looking at purchasing a new Jeep grand Cherokee and decided to drop into South Bank Dodge Chrysler LTD to look at their new inventory. The sales process was fairly effortless and Justin was understanding of how much time we needed to think things over! After settling on a model, circumstances arose that, a day after signing, we had to call to cancel the contract. Rami and the other staff members involved were very understanding of our situation and aided us in annulling the contract and receiving our deposit back in full. We were incredibly impressed with the level of care that Rami and associates provided. We highly reccomend visiting, as I know we will in the future! More
