I had an incredible experience purchasing my new vehicle at Southbank Dodge Chrysler Jeep last week and dealing with Brandon Dallaire, who’s an exceptional representative of this organization. I was in abso at Southbank Dodge Chrysler Jeep last week and dealing with Brandon Dallaire, who’s an exceptional representative of this organization. I was in absolute disbelief on how calm everybody was in this dealership and that I wasn’t hassled at all or even pressured into buying a vehicle on my initial visit. Brandon met all of my requirements that I was looking for in a new vehicle and he definitely went above and beyond in order to satisfy my needs. On the day of delivery, Brandon introduced us to the service manager and he provided us with a tour of their service centre. Brandon also took the time to show us all of the features of our new vehicle and even setup all of the services (SiriusXM, Uconnect, pairing my mobile device). Thank you so very much to everyone that was involved in our purchase of this vehicle and I’m absolutely in love with my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. More

Thumbs up for Hasan We are always dreading that our car breaks down, because it means we have to buy another one, which is a big decision for us. After doing our research We are always dreading that our car breaks down, because it means we have to buy another one, which is a big decision for us. After doing our research on line on brand, model and year we settled on a 2015 Kia Soul at SouthBank. Stepping into a showroom in December is an act of courage as a whole row of sales persons is watching you entering through the door. Hasan Wahbeh was our man and we can say only good things about him. We knew the price was right and we have little patience for endles hackling over 500 dollars. Hasan was very open with his information and so we bought the car with extra winter tires thrown in on our extra set of rims we already had. Five days after we had the car on the driveway, Hasan dropped off the summer tires and rims at our home. We had a bit of an issue with the start motor a few days later, but all was taken care of very professionally by the several staff at Southbank. Of course, sales people have to sell, but other than suggesting some extra's, there was not one bit of sales pressure. Most of the car sales people we met in our lives have been disappointments, but not Hasan, so way to go, Hasan! More
