Buying a new car I decided I would buy a new car when I turned 75. Because I already had a Kia Sportage and enjoyed driving it, that was the car I was going to get. I looked at a Hyundai Tucson and Kona; also a Toyota Rav4 but decided the 2020 Kia Sportage Lx was for me. I made the appointment and was overwhelmed with the excellent service. The building is top notch and the waiting area is really comfy. From beginning to end the service experience was fantastic. Drive thru was super friendly and quick. The service was done quickly and at a fair price. I would highly recommend South Trail Kia to anyone. I will definitely use them again and they even wash my vehicle which was a bonus. More

Superb customer service. Bradley the mechanic gave me an excellent explanation of all the issues . WHich really were not all that bad. But for him To take the time and explain ....
