Great Service Department It was usually a challenge getting a good booking time/date at the old dealership I used to go to for service. I decided to try out Southtrail as it w It was usually a challenge getting a good booking time/date at the old dealership I used to go to for service. I decided to try out Southtrail as it was so close to where live. They were able to get me in the next day. I arrived, and unfortunately it did take about 20 minutes for me to get to talk to the service rep, as there was quite a few cars already parked in the service bay. This was right after thee Christmas break, so I'm sure many people also booked for this day, so I wasn't too worried about it. From that moment on, it was excellent service. Cassie was very welcoming, and is one of the best service managers I've ever dealt with. The service lounge is very comfortable, and would be a good place to work while waiting for your vehicle. The chairs have little tables attached to the arm rests that could be used to support a laptop. I used the shuttle service as well, and the driver was great. They really make you feel wanted as a customer here. Definitely coming back here next time. More

Fantastic service team and great facility while waiting This was my first visit to the dealership: I had booked in for a routine oil change and asked them to check out another concern with the headlight. I had Andrew take care of the appointment and he was very friendly and entertaining. The facility has a child’s playroom so my toddler was over the moon. I dont know if I have ever enjoyed a wait before until now. The decked out coffee machine also helped. On top of the great treatment, I was pleased to find out they only charged for the oil change. Others would have taken advantage of my concerns, but they did not. This is my new place :) More

We had some pleasant negotiations and bought the car. They delivered the car to us. We live just east of Edmonton and the car was in Calgary. I still can't over the fact that they did that. The sales manager was excellent. Also give Alvin Dixon a raise. More
