I was only there to drop my sister off while she had an oil change. The service in the express service was excellent. I walked in the dealership to check it out and that's when Terrence introduced himself and took me on a tour. Which led into me trading my Cadillac in for a jeep. For how new the dealership is I'm impressed with the service. I've never been treated so good at a dealership before. Keep up the great work guys!! Just a side note not only did I buy a new vehicle so did my sister. I highly recommend going to this dealership if your looking for a new vehicle Terence will hook you up! More

Best experience I had gone in to get an oil change for my 2012 jeep wrangler Sahara and when me and my sister went in to look around Terrance was the first to introdu I had gone in to get an oil change for my 2012 jeep wrangler Sahara and when me and my sister went in to look around Terrance was the first to introduce himself and give us a tour of the place. He helped me trade in my jeep for a brand new 2016 wrangler. He was so helpful and accommodating and super funny and kept everything I wanted in my price range. Darrin in finance was super helpful as well. He made sure everything I needed was ready to go and was done efficiently. They really go above and beyond to keep their customers happy. Wow, Let South Trail exceed your expectations!!! I came in on their first day open and met Jeff Crouse, we discussed what I was looking for (an Ecodiesel) and Jeff set to locate my vehicle. When the time came to pull the trigger Mark and Jeff committed to a great price, Darrin and Chad from finance made me feel comfortable, and Mike McManes went the extra mile to make sure the financing worked. I can totally recommend South Trail Chysler and all the staff, they did everything to get me into a new vehicle.
