Amazing place, people and experience! Everyone at the dealership was amazing to deal with from the second you walked in to the second we left with our new vehicle. Ahmed Mansour our sales consultant was nothing but attentive to our needs and took a personal care in our well being. Outstanding Experience We stopped by the dealership to look at a 2 door Jeep Wrangler. After being greeted by Yannick he pulled out an exact Jeep (colour, options) that we w We stopped by the dealership to look at a 2 door Jeep Wrangler. After being greeted by Yannick he pulled out an exact Jeep (colour, options) that we wee interested in. Offered us to take for a test drive while he worked on price. We returned and Yannick was prepared with rock bottom price. We took his card and left without feeling pressured, only welcomed. First time that I have ever experienced a welcoming from a salesman or dealership. Very relaxed atmosphere. Long story short we ended up completing the deal all over emails. Brittany had financing approval so fast my head is still spinning. Yannick was outstanding in going above and beyond even after we drove away in our new Wrangler. I highly recommend Yannick to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle or simply just initially looking. Absolutely NO pressure. How refreshing!! Thank you Yannick and Brittany! More

Best Vehicle Purchase to Date! Previosly I had dealt with Tower Chrysler and Courtesy Chrysler, which I did purchase through Courtesy in 2013, but felt very pressured by both dealer Previosly I had dealt with Tower Chrysler and Courtesy Chrysler, which I did purchase through Courtesy in 2013, but felt very pressured by both dealerships and didn't feel like they listened to my wants in a vehicle. Jeff listened and found me the vehicle I was in search for! When I showed up my Jeep was sitting there ready for me to drive home! Jeff helped me transfer any personal belongings from my old Jeep to my new one and just provided all around excellent customer service! Darrin in finance was also an absolute gem! Very friendly, answered all my questions and made the most stressful part of purchasing a new vehicle pretty much stress free! These two gents were absolutely wonderful and I would recommend them to everyone and will definitely purchase through them again! Thanks guys! More

They turned my new car purchase into a huge disappointment Initially friendly, until you point out a problem or ask for an explanation on the bill of sale. The Xpel that they told me was lifetime warranty (which then became a "limited lifetime warranty") was not installed correctly because they didn't bother to clean the car first. The product was installed on my car when it was dirty and now has a bubble under it which I will need to have another dealership correct. When I complained because the videos online show them cleaning the entire car before installing, I was made to feel like it was no big deal and I was just being a problem customer. I asked for the details of the Warranty and still have not received them. They sent me a brochure showing it's only 10 years and it does not list what is covered or not covered. When I raised a big stink and finally spoke with the owner regarding this "misinformation" he told me "10 years should be enough anyways". His final response to me was that "we have admitted our mistake and now we can part ways". I took that to mean I am not welcome back for servicing of my vehicle. I have previously purchased from Big 4 Motors and Courtesy Chrysler where I was treated very well even when the vehicles had issues and I definitely would go back there before returning to South Trail! Sorry I tried it. More

Jeff Crouse in used sales ! Jeff was an amazing sales representative at South Trail. He went above and beyond to see that we were happy the whole time. From walking into the deal Jeff was an amazing sales representative at South Trail. He went above and beyond to see that we were happy the whole time. From walking into the dealership shopping around to picking up our new vehicle. We were previously a loyal return customer at Tower Chrysler for 2 previous vehicles, upon going to that dealership I was extremely pressured to getting something NOW! While at South trail there was no pressure and Jeff made the whole process painless and easy. We will be returning to South Trail for our next vehicle in 2018.
