He was a great sales man that was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and approach, no pressure and it just genuinely felt like we were dealing with a real person trying to help us find what we wanted not just someone trying to get a commission. I couldn't give South Pointe 5 stars because of a few little things but I didn't attribute those things to David and would definitely give him 5 stars! Thanks again David. More

Andrew Vo was my salesperson and it was his first day working for Toyota but if he hadn't have told me, I never would have known-that is how well this man knew his business. I readily admit I do not know much about vehicles but I know what I like in a car and I felt all my questions were treated professionally and answered fully. In other words, I left feeling respected and not patronized. I cannot say that for all dealerships. Andrew even emailed me the next day just to see how my first day was with my SUV. In summary, I left happy, felt supported, and with a feeling that I could go back with any questions. I strongly recommend Southpointe Toyota and specifically Andrew Vo and hopefully you will have the pleasure of dealing with Corey Fudge as your Finance person, he's a lot of fun. More

I had gone to the Car Show on March 16 and entered my name in several draws there. A Toyota Sales Rep named Adam Milliken was very prompt in contacting me by email the day after. He was easy to deal with and helpful through email, and we arranged for me to visit the Dealership on Wednesday. I was originally looking at a Toyota Camry, but quickly realized the car was too big for me and the Corolla too ordinary, but Adam was quick to suggest a possible alternative that fit with my priorities, that being a Toyota Scion TC. I told him that I wasn't going to be test-driving anything that day, I had a process I was sticking to and preferred to narrow my short-list down to 3 or 4 vehicles before I drove anything. He didn't pressure me on that at all, and said that was fine. I went away, then finished narrowing my list down. I contacted him the next day to arrange a test drive for Saturday afternoon. I arrived shortly before 3 PM on the Saturday to test drive the Scion. At all times Adam was very friendly and easy to talk with, before and during the test drive. He knew what my process was and didn't try any "cute" trial closes on me that would only have irritated me. I did communicate with Adam later yesterday to indicate that I had gone in a different direction with my car purchase, but thanked him for his time and wished him the best. His reply was very gracious and professional. I would have no hesitation in referring anybody to Adam and South Pointe Toyota Scion if they were interested in buying a Toyota. More
