A needle to a thorn to a rose We tried in vain to purchase a new Highlander near our home in Chilliwack BC. As most dealerships seem to be sold out of the one we wanted in the colo We tried in vain to purchase a new Highlander near our home in Chilliwack BC. As most dealerships seem to be sold out of the one we wanted in the color we wanted we had to look elsewhere. We found a Product Advisor with South Pointe Toyota who actually worked to earn our business. Brain Collins found what seemed to be a needle in a haystack when he had IN his inventory the Highlander we wanted but also in the color we wanted. We drove a rental car to Calgary and took delivery of the vehicle. Unfortunately that's where the needle became a thorn as the regulations in BC caused an unfortunate and unforeseen delay as the new vehicle information sheet required to register the vehicle in BC was in my wife's name but the bill of sale was in mine. It was a ridiculous delay but finally we were able to have the issue resolved and then finally being able to register our new vehicle which was sitting in the driveway just teasing me as I was unable to drive it. Finally a rose has emerged as the Highlander looks great, runs great and Brian stayed in touch for the entire time showing he cared enough to assure resolution. We would recommend Brian from South Pointe Toyota as he is thorough, professional and he cared about what was going on with us. More

I had been looking for a car for about a year and Mike was the first to ask me directly what it was that I wanted AND he then delivered with exactly what I had asked and more in a matter of minutes! Mike was flexible to my needs (I have two young kids and it was hard to come in to meet to discuss all the details, so much of it was done over the phone and email – no other sells rep wanted to do this for me). Mike never tried to sell me a story or anything other than what I wanted. The whole crew at South Pointe wanted to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with everything and I was an am. I 100% recommend Mike and South Pointe for sure! More

Don't like it anymore Have 2010 4Runner and love it. Year after I bought it it had a rust coming out from underneath the chrome 4runner plate on the back - they fixed it fo Have 2010 4Runner and love it. Year after I bought it it had a rust coming out from underneath the chrome 4runner plate on the back - they fixed it for free under warranty. All was ok untill the first service after the warranty expired. I was told I have to replace all 4 brakes which the estimated for aprox. $1200 with all the differential fluids and all. What a joke. When I asked about the brakes in previous services they were all perfect and 4 months after I was told that they were so bad that I shouldn't be driving. Anyhow, I took it to Midas to get the brakes changed (cost me only $500) and they said one of the brake fluids hoses had huge blister that looks like was there for long time and obviously for them were manufacturing problem. So here I went back to Toyota to tell them about it and expect it to be fixed just to hear from rude service guy that he can't do anything about it as my warranty expired and obviously wasn't there before (nothing mention it in service history). I asked them how could they missed something so obvious (you can see it without taking the tire off) and all he kept saying was he can't do anything. I was informed I will be charged to inspect that!!!!! I already know it's there I just need them to look at it. What a scam place, really. They keep telling you lies that everything is good with your car and the moment your warranty expires you are on your own. This is my first Toyota and the last one. Also paid to fill a cheap in my windshield last time and I swear it looks like nothing was done (usually it appears less noticeable after fix) Also the place is so busy that you stand there waiting to drop your vehicle forever and no one will even look at you or tell you to wait a moment. It used to be better, not anymore. So disappointing. More

one of the greatest experience ever! South pointe toyota as a whole is amazing. Staff is very friendly and always smiling and they even have a play place for the kids which was important South pointe toyota as a whole is amazing. Staff is very friendly and always smiling and they even have a play place for the kids which was important to us since we in there a lot making important decisions with our 3 yr old. Our sales person "AMAN" was incredible and he went out his way to take care of everything for us so thank you Aman. Even the finance manager "Ronan" was quick and efficient with us.
