We appreciated her low-pressure approach and was very upfront about all the details. We felt the negotiation was very fair and we are happy with the price we paid. Even after the sale we were impressed. Alanna provide a lot a tour of a the feature of the car even in the middle of a snow storm and has made follow up calls to make sure we are comfortable with the car. We visited Lockwood because they are a local dealer and we like to support business in our community. Having said that, if the experience was not good we would have quickly gone elsewhere. Both Peter Baker (our salesperson) and Trent Flack (finance) we're very helpful, friendly and respectful. I never once got the sense they were giving us anything but the straight goods and I guess the proof is in the pudding. Both very down to earth people and I quite enjoyed our dealings with them. If this is any indication of how the dealership will take care of us in the future, I have no worries. Highly recommended. More
