He even helped hook our cell up to the car over Bluetooth. I've never purchased a used car before where I was given this much attention, and have everything explained the way Richard did. I always dread going to dealerships as I find sales people are always pressuring you to buy and buy a boatload of extras. Richard didn't push things unnecessarily, he was very kind and genuine. I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable. Purchasing a car can be a very stressful experience, but Richard made my experience relaxed and fun. I started looking for a new car last weekend and visted several dealerships. I went to Lockwood to chek out the prices for a Jeep and found myself drawn to the Fiat's.
