We purchase a grand caravan from Peter in December. Peter was good. This van was one year old. We were terribly disappointed to see how poorly the interior was cleaned. The rear cup holders had dried liquid in every one (milk maybe). The front change tray, cup holders and shelf were dirty too. I would say they gave the car the lightest wipe down at best. The holders in the doors and the glove boxes were dirty. Finger prints were all over the outside of the ceiling DVD player. Its white so it is very obvious. Also found some sticky stuff on one of the back seats and in a very obvious place. It was never touched. Finally one of the tires was below pressure as the tire light came on the first day! Lets just say that we felt once we signed the paper work and the deal was done, the dealership was done. The "detail" we were told would come never did. I was told i had to wait 3 extra days after purchase so you could detail and get it ready!!!! Unfortunately after I called and complained I was kind of snuffed off. I could bring it in and drop off the vehicle for a day and they will try to get to it. So for me taking out 3 installed kids seats and bringing the car back in with no commitment if i would be waiting a hour or all day made it better for us to do the dirty work our selves. We have 3 young kids and no other vehicle that can fit them. We needed a vehicle that we could use heavily right away. Anyway, who inspects these vehicles before a customer pickup? More

When we found the car we were looking for I immediately emailed the contact provided on the ad I found online. Althought the dealer was closed for the weekend I received a quick response from Richard Kovac emailed the contact provided on the ad I found online. Althought the dealer was closed for the weekend I received a quick response from Richard Kovacs the next day inviting me to come see it. Richard was still "working on the clock" which was important to us because we needed to purchase a new vehicle right away. Richard was available immediately to serve us the next business day (it was a long wknd). When we arrived the vehicle was parked right beside the door; I could only assume Richard had it parked there ready for when we got there so I could see it and test drive it right away. Richard was able to answer any and all my questions immediately and was able to add additional information about the vehicle I was not aware of. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle we got right to business and were able to hash out all the details on the price and packages. Richard was able to put together a very competitive deal we could not resist. When I showed interest in possible extended warranty I was sent over to see Trent Flack. He was great at what he does. Although we did not eventually require his services as the Finance Manager he still was able to work his magic and had offered us great deals. With both Richard and Trent helping us in making our purchase, we were both sold. We signed the paperwork on the spot. We scheduled a pick up date for the following Friday, which Richard actually had off of work. Nonetheless he came in to meet us on Friday morning and had our vehicle clean and spotless and ready to be taken home. We were both completely satisfied with the expertise of both Richard Kovacs and Trent Flack and would recommend anyone looking for quality vehicles to go to Lockwood Chrysler and go see Richard Kovacs first, or do what I did and send the Online Sales Manager an email when the dealership is closed and he will contact you back right away.
