Arrangements were made to visit the dealership and arrange for a test drive. Upon arrival at Lockwood Chrysler, I was greeted in a friendly manner. Normally walking into a dealership it feels as if sales representatives are all eager to leech onto you. I simply received a "Good morning, Is there anything I can help you with?". What a wonderful change! For such a large dealership, Lockwood Chrysler is very friendly, from the staff, to the product specialists, to Trent who was another wonderful help.
