Service advisor could not explain the difference that justifies a $250 extra charge from m1 vs m2 service. Asked what the $250+ includes, he said..some brake service and um.. other stuff. I was in for a service appointment and the service from start to finish was exceptional. I was greeted, the service Manager, Arash, came to say hello and welcome me to the dealership and assured me that h start to finish was exceptional. I was greeted, the service Manager, Arash, came to say hello and welcome me to the dealership and assured me that his team would work as quickly as they could to get the issue resolved quickly so that I could catch a ferry home. They provided a courtesy car and called, exactly when they said they would to give me an update on the car's completion. When I returned to pick up my car, another service person walked me to the sales desk to pick up my keys. Even though the Service department was closed, he took the time to go through the repairs listed. I never expected service this seamless from a car dealership, it was superb; friendly, professional and expedient. I left feeling really pleased with my experience. More
