Top notch customer service My husband and I came into Signature Mazda to "check out" the Mazda CX-5, as I was not familiar with Mazda product. I was met by Justin Kim, who gave exceptional customer service. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in answering all our questions in a polite and low key manner. He was so accommodating and even offered to let us take the CX-5 home for a night just to test it out in all conditions, if we wanted to, which was very appreciated. He spent a lot of time with us and was very patient in helping us, showing us all the trim pkgs and the available colours, even though it was clearly a busy holiday weekend. I was so impressed with the CX-5 and Justin that I made the decision to take the 2018 CX-5 GT Tech home the very next day! The dealership has top-notch, sincere, customer service. Thanks, Justin and team for making us feel like you truly care. We never felt rushed, and everyone was very friendly and polite. This would not mean anything if the product was not good... And the CX-5 is fabulous! Handles like a dream; excellent safety features; LOVE the HUD; sporty but luxurious interior makes it stand apart from anything else in its class. I am very happy with this vehicle and this dealership. Don't think I would go anywhere else! More
