I recently came in for a full service on my 2020 Mazda CX-5. 3 weeks later my oil light came on while I was away on a road trip. It took almost a litre of oil, even though the file said 5 litres had been CX-5. 3 weeks later my oil light came on while I was away on a road trip. It took almost a litre of oil, even though the file said 5 litres had been put in. I took the car back in when I got back, and after a thoughall check, everything seemed fine. Corinne went out of her way to express her apologizes and thought perhaps it was the new equipment that wasn't calibrated properly in the service bay. I was offered my next minor service be covered for my inconvenience. I'm satisfied with the service I received. More
