Finished my lease after 3 years and bought the car. I leased a Mazda CX-5 3 years ago from Signature Mazda and ended up buying the car at the end of the term. 3 years into driving the CX5 and I have no I leased a Mazda CX-5 3 years ago from Signature Mazda and ended up buying the car at the end of the term. 3 years into driving the CX5 and I have no regrets about the purchase and feel that even after 3 years it’s still one of the best CUV’s available. In terms of Signature, I have always been impressed with their level of service, from the initial sales people that I dealt with to their service department. They didn’t pressure me at all when I was shopping different brands and were very helpful and knowledgeable. They let me test drive the car with just my wife, which is a much better experience in my opinion than Honda, which insisted on having a salesperson accompany us to convince us to buy their car. A huge part of the reason why I ended up buying the CX5 after the lease was the service department. They were great throughout my 3 year lease and I have confidence that they will continue to provide great service. Arash, heads their service department and really goes all out to make sure that you are happy. I’m a bit picky when it comes to cars and he made sure that any issues I had were dealt with and explained. They also have complimentary pastries, cookies and great coffee... not the most important thing in a service department but a really nice bonus. More

Very friendly staff and fit me in at last minute I called to see if I could get my engine cleaned as there was oil all over it. I do find the cost of servicing expensive but then I am on a fixed income which does not go up with the cost of living. More

My family came alone with me as well and they were all impressed with the customer service from all the staff at the dealership. One suggestion though---given the amount of money I had to spend on servicing, it would have been nice if someone would have comped the replacement battery for the key fob. More
