Second time to this dealership for another purchase and each time the sales people were great. REally pleased with the Mazda product as my Mazda 5 had almost 300000 km on it when I purchased my Mazda 3 and there was very little work required for the auto over the 8+ years I ran that car. Going back was a no brainer for me. More

Good service. Listen to the customer. I came to the service earlier than my appointment time. The service person has informed me about the amount of people in the line up and asked me to t I came to the service earlier than my appointment time. Once she has finished with customers in front of me, the person came to me and asked to come to the service desk, which is very nice that you don't need to stay and wait at the counter. At the service counter, the person has quickly understand my needs and offered shuttle service. After about an hour I have received a call describing finding and confirming what needs to be done on my vehicle. The service has been done properly, the car was washed, I'm satisfied with the service. More

As a valued customer I was given a full explanation of everything that had to be done by the Service Manager, Arash Akhlaghi. It reassured me to understand why it was necessary. Alice Lee was very kind and understanding of my concern over investing so much in my vehicle just before Christmas. Apple Carplay / Android Auto Installation 1. Nov 27. 2018 - with my 2018 Mazda CX-5 only 3 days old, ran over a piece of metal which caused the front passenger tire to lose air. Brought in th 1. Nov 27. 2018 - with my 2018 Mazda CX-5 only 3 days old, ran over a piece of metal which caused the front passenger tire to lose air. Brought in the car first thing in the morning at 7:30am and Signature Mazda repaired the tire within half an hour. Luckily I had the Tire & Rim package as the repair was free. 2. Nov 30, 2018 - brough my Mazda CX-5 in to Signature Mazda to install Apple Carplay / Android Auto software as well as upgrading one of the front console USBs to a higher voltage. The Technican noticed a "cowl" on the car need to fixed/replaced and did it free of charge. Overall great service with Signature Mazda. More
