She communicated the information effectively and helped add transparency to the process. She also asked many questions about my current needs in a vehicle and made great recommendations based on these. In no way did it seemed that she was forcing sales or up-selling. She was very knowledge about features of the vehicles and even gave me a 24hr test drive for the vehicle of interest. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend people to this dealership. More
