The car was waiting for us and was much as it had been described. There were a few items that needed attention and they were taken care of right away. They took the time to thoroughly show us the features and explain the warranty. We feel the price was fair and had the assurance of buying a certified pre-owned vehicle. After returning home there were a few more details that came up and they were also taken care of expediently and professionally. More

When diagnostic work is required, they are good at preparing the client with an estimate range and often complete repairs at the lower end of the estimate range. I can recommend this dealership wholeheartedly. More
Extremely helpful staff My Mazda CX5 developed some weird electrical issues while driving resulting in electrical systems dropping off and the SUV going in to limp mode. On t My Mazda CX5 developed some weird electrical issues while driving resulting in electrical systems dropping off and the SUV going in to limp mode. On the freeway, that is the last place you want any issue like that. Signature Mazda took me in and accepted an emergency appointment. They looked at my vehicle and quickly assessed possible reasons for what was happening. Other dealers would have raked my over the coals and have in my experience often costing me a fortune but not at Signature Mazda. It turned out an aftermarket remote ignition system installed by my home dealership in Edmonton, Alberta was causing some potentially serious problems with all electronic systems. I thought it was Mazda approved but it's not. After Signature Mazda removed the remote ignition system my CX5 ran perfectly afterwards, no more GPS, transmission, engine faults since or any random hiccups. Thank you very much Signature Mazda you're the best! A proud CX5 owner. More
