Professional. Service and maintenance is completed in a time Although the service was good I feel like their was some up-selling regarding the service that was recommended or necessary. The cost for my service appointment was considerably higher than I think it should have been. Considering the km. on my car, age of my Mazda, and how I drive my vehicle I am surprised that it required it's second wheel alignment, a new battery, etc. I did agree to the service recommendations but I feel that cost will be a consideration in bringing my vehicle in for service in the future. I purchased my vehicle at Signature Mazda and have had it serviced regularly and exclusively at the dealership. More

Service team staff professional and respectful. Service provided in estimated time frame and without any "surprises", ie additional unexpected work and cost. Complimentary car wash and light vacuum cleaning done. All season to winter tires swap done without charge since was done with regular maintenance. Waiting in dealership lounge comfortable. Great complimentary coffee. More

Efficient Service department staff Dropped off my car for it's annual service and was greeted right away by David. He booked me in and told me he'd call when it was ready........sure enough he called a while later to say that my car would be ready in approximately half an hour. On arriving back at the dealership David once again greeted me warmly and proceeded with the necessary paperwork explaining what all the charges were for. Exceptional customer service - the reason I have been going there for 16 years now!!! More
